As the centre of gravity is shifted to the vertical axis of the body, the full energy potential of the body can be used. Through the process of balancing, the movement dialogue is led into the inner centre of the body. It is right here where the prospect of effectiveness arises, of exploring the potential of the body and mind. Kayayei therefore are a practical and symbolic ideal for efficiency and the process of simplification.
